Royal Talens Art Creation Hardback Sketchbooks contain smooth fine grain fibres designed to be used with a range of media. These sheets have a neutral pH size (internally) which makes them genuinely acid-free. The paper has a smooth cartridge finish giving the surface a slight amount of texture. Available in one weight at 140gsm.

A high quality, acid-free, cartridge pad that is loved by professionals and amateur artists alike. The paper is designed to be used with Graphite, Charcoal and Pens, perfect for scrapbooking, journaling or artwork on the go. 

The pad is available in A4, A5 Landscape, A5 Portrait, 9 x 14 c.m Portrait & 12x12cm Square sizing and contains 80 individual sheets. 

We recommend that this paper is perfect for dry art techniques and works especially well with pens and pencils. It is a mid weight paper and may not take watercolour or any other similar wet technique well and the paper could potentially buckle. That being said, it can be used with light watercolour works and inks. We would suggest any dry medium, however pens, pencils, charcoal and other sketching materials will work best on this surface.
