Shipping policy

Delivery Information
We use couriers for the majority of our deliveries due to the size and weight of our parcels and in some cases the need for a signature. Some products can only be delivered via courier but we will notify you via email if this is the case.
Smaller items are dispatched via a mixture of Royal Mail or My Hermes. This can include anything up to 2 K.G in weight and the following measurements:
350mm x 450mm x 160mm (A3 size approx).

PLEASE NOTE: A WORKING DAY IS A DAY BETWEEN MONDAY AND FRIDAY AND EXCLUDES SATURDAY, SUNDAY AND ALL BANK HOLIDAYS.

If you require another courier you need to let us know via email or in the notes section of your order. These may be more expensive to use so an additional charge will be placed on top of your order. We will notify you via email what this charge will be before dispatch.

Our delivery charges are as follows:

Standard Delivery to Most U.K Mainland Postcodes (Excludes Northern Island, Certain Scottish Upper Counties and some U.K Mainland postcodes)
£44.99 and Below: £4.49
£45 and over: FREE

Your goods should reach you within 2 to 4 working days of your order being placed. We aim to turn around your order within 24 hours of you placing it. Certain over-sized items (Some Large Canvases, Mountboard or Card and Papers) are only available on a Standard Delivery Service. Please note that some larger items may incur a delivery surcharge. We will let you know via email once the order has been placed. If you are unsure, please contact the store before you purchase.

Next Working Day Delivery to Most U.K Mainland Postcodes (Excludes Northern Island, Certain Scottish Upper Counties and some U.K Mainland postcodes) £5.95

This delivery service is available to the U.K Mainland ONLY. Orders that are processed before 1.00 P.M the day before will receive Next Day delivery. Orders placed on Friday after 1.00 p.m will be dispatched on Monday to arrive on Tuesday.

If you need a next day service after 1.00 p.m on Friday the only option available is a Saturday delivery service. Next working day delivery is not available on over-sized items such as large canvas and items over a certain weight. We will notify you via email of any issues before sending the order. Extra charges may be applied.

Next working day delivery before 13.00 P.M £9.95
This delivery service is available to the U.K Mainland ONLY. Orders that are processed before 1.00 P.M the day before will receive Next Day delivery before 13.00 P.M. Orders placed on Thursday after 13.00 P.M will be dispatched on Friday to arrive on Monday. Orders placed on Friday will be dispatched on Monday to arrive on Tuesday. If you need a next day service after 12.00 p.m on Thursday the only option available is a Saturday delivery service. Next day service is not available on over-sized items such as large canvas, studio easels and items over a certain weight. We will notify you via email of any issues before sending the order. Extra charges may be applied.

Saturday Delivery £13.49
This delivery service is available to the U.K Mainland ONLY. Orders that are processed before 1.00 P.M on Friday will receive Next Day Saturday delivery. Orders placed on Friday after 1.00 P.M, Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched on Monday to arrive on Tuesday. This service is not available on over-sized items such as large canvas, studio easels and items of a certain weight. We will notify you via email if this is the case. Extra charges may apply.

£4.95 under 2 K.G and 61 C.M x 48 C.M (no aerosols, flammable liquids, oil paints or solvents)
£9.99 over 2 K.G and up to 30 K.G
Your goods should reach you within 2 to 3 working days of your order being placed. We aim to turn around your order in within 24 hours of you placing it. Unfortunately, there is no express delivery available for Scottish Highlands and Islands. Areas included are in the following range of postcodes:
