Our Price Match Promise

Found it cheaper elsewhere? Let us know.

We want you to get the best possible price on your paper and art surfaces.

If you find the same product advertised for less by another UK supplier, get in touch with us. If the product meets our price-match criteria, we’ll match their price.

How it works

Simply send us the details of the product and proof of the lower price. This could be a link to the other supplier’s website, a screenshot or another form of evidence showing the current price.

We’ll check the details and, where possible, match the price for you.

What we need from you

To price match, we’ll need:

• The name and details of the product

• The price you’ve found elsewhere

• Proof of the advertised price, such as a website link or screenshot

• Details of the supplier offering the lower price

The product must be the same brand, size, specification and quantity, and the competing price must be currently available to purchase.

Price match terms & conditions

Our price match applies to identical products that are currently available to purchase from a like-for-like UK competitor.

• The product must be the same brand, size, specification and quantity.

• The competing product must be in stock and available to purchase at the advertised price.

• You’ll need to provide proof of the lower price, such as a website link or screenshot.

• The competing price must be from the competitor directly. We do not price match third-party marketplace sellers such as Amazon or eBay.

• Second-hand, used, refurbished or clearance products are not eligible for a price match.

• Delivery charges and other additional costs may be taken into consideration when comparing prices.

• We reserve the right to verify the competing price before agreeing to a price match.

• Price matches must be agreed before your order is placed.

• We reserve the right to decline a price match where the competing offer cannot be reasonably verified or is no longer available.

If you're unsure whether your price qualifies, just get in touch and we'll be happy to check.
