The Pink Pig Bockingford Sketchbook is a collaboration between two of the best known paper & pad manufacturers in England. The sketchbook contains 15 pages of Bockingford Watercolour Paper, the paper is sized for additional wet strength, giving it durability and resistance to breakage. All of the Bockingford paper is made on a cylinder mould machine using pure materials that result in a distinctive random texture across the page surface. 

Bockingford and Khadi are both made in Britain so when you buy these pads you are supporting UK brands. The paper inside is designed for use with even the most rigorous of watercolour techniques, suitable for masking fluid application and lifting along with wet in wet working. Despite being designed and excellent for watercolours the pad is also great for use as a normal sketching book or an urban line and wash book, due to its varied surface the paper takes well to dry media such as charcoal and pencil.
