Seawhite Plain Hardback Travel Journals contain 128 pages of smooth, off-white 130gsm paper for sketching, drawing and light washes. The plain, unruled pages give you space to combine drawings, written notes and travel observations in one book.

The stitched binding allows the journal to open flat, making it easier to work across a double-page spread. Use it to record a view, develop a drawing or keep a visual diary while travelling, with a black hardback cover protecting your work between sessions.

A ribbon bookmark helps you return to your latest page, while the elastic retaining band keeps the journal closed in your bag. An interior pocket inside the back cover provides a place for loose notes and small keepsakes.

The paper is acid-free and has clean-cut edges. Choose from A6, A5, A4 and 140 × 140mm square formats, depending on how much space you like to work with.

We recommend that this sketchbook is perfect for dry art techniques and works especially well with pencil and pen. Because it is 130gsm it is a medium weight paper for wet or dry drawing media. It can be used with watercolour, but only a light wash is recommended and we would suggest using dry art techniques such as pencil and fine liners for this product. We think this sketchbook is perfect for things such as urban sketching and drawing on the go.
