Seawhite of Brighton Travel Journals are made using high-quality materials within the UK. The pad contains 128 pages that are environmentally friendly and FSC approved making them genuinely acid-free. Each page is 130gsm which can be used for sketching, drawing and a light wash. The paper is smooth, alternate plain and  lined (8mm spacing) and comes in a off-white colour.

The Seawhite Full Lined Travel Journal is cut-edge which provides a clean edge to the paper. The cover is hardback and is covered in black leather providing a professional finish. The bind is a stitch bind that is then glued in and can open-flat. Additionally the book also includes a ribbon bookmark, elastic retaining band and an interior pocket on the back cover. This pad is slim and a great accessory for sketching and drawing for any artist at any level.

We recommend that this sketchbook is perfect for dry art techniques and works especially well with pencil and pen. Because it is 130gsm it is a medium weight paper for wet or dry drawing media. It can be used with watercolour, but only a light wash is recommended and we would suggest using dry art techniques such as pencil and fine liners for this product. We think this sketchbook is perfect for things such as urban sketching and drawing on the go.
