Daler-Rowney System 3 Acrylic Pads are made and produced with canvas surface acrylic paper. The pad contains 20 sheets of specially designed acrylic painting paper.  The sheets have a double primed linen texture surface as well as being 100% acid-free. Each page is 230gsm which is designed to be used with Acrylic Paints. The paper is white in colour and comes in one surface texture (fine grain). The surface has a unique tooth that is ideal for use with acrylic colours. 

Daler-Rowney System 3 Acrylic Pads are cut-edge which provides a clean edge to the paper. The cover is paperback, easy to remove and acts more as a basic cover for the paper. The pad is glued on one side which can also open-flat. This pad is thin and a great accessory if you are interested in trying Acrylic Painting for the first time and is a great pad for any artist at any level. Excellent value for money as you get a lot of sheets in one space. Available in a variety of sizes. 

We recommend that this pad is perfect for acrylic paints, wet painting techniques and works especially well with most painting techniques. Because it is 230gsm it is a midweight paper and will take acrylics well and the paper won’t easily buckle. As the paper has been primed and given a linen surface it can withstand a lot of paint being on its surface. But we would advise for any impasto work a board may be more suitable.
