Details

Seawhite Pads are made within the UK. The pad contains 15 pages of high-quality paper that have a neutral pH size (internally) which makes them genuinely acid-free. Each page is 300gsm (140lb) which can be used for Watercolours, Gouache & Drawing Inks, as its weight and durability give it incredible wet strength. The paper is semi-smooth in texture and white in colour. Additionally it can be used with sketching and drawing with all manner of dry media, such as Pastels, Pencils and Pens.

The Seawhite Recycled Watercolour Pad is cut-edge which provides a clean edge to the paper. The cover is paperback and uses a greyboard back for extra support. The bind is glued and can open-flat. This pad is fairly thick and a great accessory for anyone looking to explore a variety of media in one space. Available in A3 & A4 sizes. This sketchbook is Certified Carbon Neutral, made with FSC Certified Paper, and has a 25% Reclaimed Cotton content.

The paper inside this pad is 300gsm (140lb) making it extremely durable and resistant to breakage or tearing whilst in use. It’s intended use is with wet media as its weight, durability and internal sizing give it the ability to work with watercolours, gouache and acrylics without any risk of damage to the pad. Its surface has a Not texture giving the artist a measure of texture without having too much. And as the pad is made from 25% cotton content it has excellent absorption and water retention properties.
